These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ahuiyac online store and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Ahuiyac is a custom apparel brand based in San Antonio, Texas, operating as a sole proprietorship. We sell custom-printed streetwear inspired by Nahuatl and Aztec cultural heritage.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ahuiyac website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), and you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Products

All Ahuiyac products are custom-made to order using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing on quality blank apparel. Because each item is made specifically for you:

· Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display settings and print-on-demand processes.

· Sizing information is provided in our size charts. Please review these carefully before ordering — we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection.

· We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Ahuiyac reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

· Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with Texas state law, as required by our Texas Sales Tax Permit.

· Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

· We accept payment methods made available through our GoDaddy-powered store (credit/debit cards and other supported processors).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Ahuiyac reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or out-of-stock items. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

· Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after order processing

· Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout if offered

Ahuiyac is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs or postal service issues, or weather or other events outside our control.

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to assist.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because all Ahuiyac products are custom-made to order, we follow a limited return policy. We accept returns or exchanges only if:

· The item received is damaged, defective, or misprinted

· The item received is the wrong size or the wrong item from what was ordered

· The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

· Buyer's remorse or change of mind

· Incorrect size ordered by the customer

· Minor color variations due to screen display or print differences

Intellectual Property

All Ahuiyac brand assets — including the name, logo, design elements, and graphics inspired by Nahuatl and Aztec cultural patterns — are the intellectual property of Ahuiyac. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any brand content without express written permission.

All original designs sold through Ahuiyac are created by us. We do not use licensed cartoon, movie, or trademarked characters in our designs. If you believe any content infringes on your rights, please contact us immediately at ahuiyac@ahuiyac.store

User Conduct

When using our website or placing an order, you agree not to:

· Submit false or fraudulent orders

· Attempt to access restricted areas of the website

· Use the site in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality

· Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahuiyac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law. We make no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Ahuiyac reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
